Reflections post Digital Manufacturing Week

Some of The Manufacturer interviews with industry leaders at Smart Factory Expo ’22

FutureScope – the intersection between advanced digital technologies and the global trends affecting UK industry

i3 Group Solutions attended the latest FutureScope event from Digital Catapult, the UK authority on advanced digital technology in London on the 8th December. The i3 Group has recently acquired New Intelligence to enhance its intelligent industrial integration offering, adding New Intelligence’s smart manufacturing capabilities for manufacturers through Digital Twin, AI, IoT data and analytics services.

As a 2022 Digital Catapult cohort, New Intelligence has been supported by Digital Catapult to develop their flagship Voyage 360 product. Voyage 360 helps the manufacturing industry by harnessing advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive business decisions based on data science, rather than opinion and subjectivity.

“The Digital Catapult innovation and acceleration programme has been instrumental to the development of our core algorithms and technologies which are the foundation of New Intelligence’s product and services. The Digital Catapult team have accelerated our product development and introduced some important partners to the business through their extensive network. The FutureScope event will give us a chance to reflect on quite how far we have come in the the past 12 months and also see some of the other exciting innovation happening in the industry. With the advancement of computational power and leveraging these advanced technologies, we have turned our idea into reality. The technology stack enables manufacturers to uncover actionable insights to enhance their operational and production performance. Now with the backing and support of i3 Group Solutions we are excited to take the next steps on our journey in levelling up UK manufacturing.”
